    Purpose: To assess verbal and numerical reasoning
    Administration: Verbal: 15 minutes | Numerical: 20 minutes – Individual and group
    Scoring: Online or Paper-based
    Categories: General Select: technical, clerical and administrative, customer service,sales
    Professional Select: professional positions that require a high level of reasoning ability, such as managers, engineers and marketing professionals


    Qualifications Required: Moderate
  • ACER Select Online

    Purpose: To assess verbal and numerical reasoning
    Administration: Verbal: 15 minutes | Numerical: 20 minutes – Individual and group
    Scoring: Online
    Categories: General Select: technical, clerical and administrative, customer service, sales

  • ACER Test of Abstract Reasoning - ACER TAR

    Purpose: To assess abstract reasoning ability
    Administration: TAR Short Form (TAR 45) 20 minutes | TAR Long Form (TAR 60) 25 minutes
    Scoring: Online, Paper-based and ACER Test Scoring Service
    Categories: All employees


    Qualifications Required: Moderate
  • ACER Select plus TAR

    Purpose: To assess verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning ability
    Administration: 35-45 minutes
    Scoring: Online or Paper based


    Qualifications Required: Moderate
  • ACER Mechanical Reasoning Test (MRT)

    Purpose: To assess mechanical reasoning ability
    Administration: 20 minutes – Individual and group
    Scoring: Online, Paper-based or ACER Test Scoring Service
    Categories: Apprentices, trainees, technical and trade personnel, and others involved in work of a mechanical nature


    Qualifications Required: Moderate
